Standard Returns

If you are not fully satisfied with the item(s) you have received, you may return the item(s) for a full refund within 14 days from order confirmation.

We will not be able to refund or exchange items that appear to have been worn, washed, are not in original condition, or if they’ve had the original tags removed. Every aspect of the garment must be free from signs of wear and odour. We cannot accept return of any headwear or food item(s).

Upon receipt of the item(s) and if we agree the items have been returned in re-sell condition as stipulated above, a refund will be issued within 14 days of receipt of the good.

You are responsible for the cost of postage when returning any item(s).

Should you identify any of the item(s) you have received as defective in any way, we reserve the right to offer repair, replacement or refund of the item(s).

How to return

Please ensure item(s) are packaged securely and either your confirmation form or your name, contact details and order confirmation number are clearly inside. Misplaced any of your information? Contact us to request a copy. Please return your items recorded delivery for your own insurance, you are responsible for the safe transit of your return parcel.

Exclusions

The following items are excluded from return:

Food items, gift cards, sale items, charity items of any kinds, all headwear, items that are missing their original tags or do not comply with the ready-to-sell conditions stipulated within this agreement, free items or gifts with purchase.
